Resume Ranking
- Our technology provides employers with resume ranking. This feature analyzes the jobseeker’s resume submitted for the posted position, recognizes the qualifications, and then ranks the job applicants in descending order. As new resumes are received the resume ranking will automatically update itself.
Message Center
- Because hiring managers are busy we limit all correspondence between jobseekers and employers to your Jobvue message center. No longer will you be inundated with resumes and cover letters in your e-mail box. Your message center, which is never more than 3 clicks away, is where you will also correspond with jobseekers to ask for references or set up a mutually agreeable time for an internet interview.
Transfer Job Postings
- To offer the most value, and for ease of use, employers can transfer job postings. This allows your HR department to retain full control of the hiring process, but the flexibility to transfer job postings to each designated hiring manager. There is no limit on the number of times you transfer a job posting.

- When you fill out your job posting you will be required to answer certain questions regarding education, experience, salary, travel requirements, geographic location…etc. These employer pre-screeners will interact with the jobseekers pre-screeners and when the job search is returned, the job listings will be shown in descending order for the jobseeker.
