Question: Is Jobvue really free to use?

Answer: Yes, there is no charge to the jobseeker or employer to use our features, including internet interviews.

Question: Do I have to download any software to use the internet interview?

Answer: No, there is no software to download. When you start a video interview, you will only need to grant our servers access to your webcam and microphone. When you have agreed to this, the interview application will open and the interview can begin.  

Question: Will any of my personal information show to employers?

Answer: No, none of your personal information will be made available to employers.

Question: Will my employer be able to see my resume?

Answer: When you upload your resume to Jobvue, you have three options; Public, Private and Confidential. If you choose Public, any employer and recruiter can see your resume. With the Private option, you can block certain employers and recruiters from seeing your resume. To take advantage of this option, go to My Account and click Block Companies. You can then choose which employers and recruiters you would like to block. With the Confidential resume option employers and recruiters can only see your resume if you allow.
